25 Years of Experience, Multiple Exits, & A Focus On Making The World A Better Place.
After 25 years in leadership positions in projects and businesses, built, launched, and led multiple multi-million dollar organizations and founded businesses in a variety of industries such as agriculture, healthcare, mapping, and real estate. Within these ventures, I have installed and led collaborative and creative teams, managed the execution of complex strategies, and done so while creating positive and driven cultures.
Read My Mind
There are three tenets to my email list:
- I only send emails that are worth reading.
- I personally write all my content. No ghost writers, no agencies, just me writing for you.
- There is no regularity to my emails. They only go out when I have something worth your time.
That said, I write about entrepreneurship, CEO issues, technology, location independence, investing, and AI/ML. All my emails are backed up through evidence-based research, real-life stories, and lessons from my coaching.

Jason Long
Solver of Problems
I’m Jason Long, a problem solver and executive with over 25 years of experience building and scaling businesses in areas like agriculture, healthcare, mapping, and real estate. I love taking big ideas and turning them into solid plans that actually work, whether that’s launching multi-million dollar companies or rescuing struggling ones.
These days I am working my Executive Coaching business, Ascendance.coach and my AI startup Autonomous. Before that I was deep in the healthcare software world, starting and leading several companies and platforms, including radiology systems and other everyday office tech.
When I’m not working, you can find me staying active with Crossfit, freediving, spearfishing, or beach volleyball. I’m also a big traveler and have lived and explored places in Mexico, Colombia, Europe, and Asia. These adventures keep me inspired both personally and professionally.
Thanks for stopping by my site! I hope you find my journey interesting. Feel free to explore and reach out if you’d like to connect or collaborate.
Cheers,
Jason
